Dous not eating meat....?!

Question:

Dous not eating meat....?

cause stretch marks?

its what i heard..

Answers:
Never heard that one before. Eating to much of anything will make you get fat and you will get stretch marks. Lifting weights will cause stretch marks. Pregnancy will cause stretch marks. But not eating meat I don't know about that.

not eating meat has nothing to do with stretch marks. in fact people who dont eat meat probably are likely to not get stretch marks cause typically many vegetarians are healthier and less likely to be overweight

i think u have it the other way around.. eating meat can cause you to get stretch marks... but not necessarily only that... all you have to do is just try to eat healthy and not over do things...if not then you will really get stretch marks... but hey were lucky we get to eat meat!!!

No, having babies do.

Hell no!!!! Or at least I think no. I've been a vegetarian for 7 months and not one stretch mark! I've lost a lot of weight, unfourtantly muscle too. Anyways I don't think you do because being a vegetarian is usaully healthy.

Stretch marks are caused by having insufficient elasticity to your skin or by growing quickly. Drinking enough water, eating enough "good" fats, and eating enough high-quality protein are all you need to avoid stretch marks. Some people, vegetarians and not, are just prone to them. Moisturizing and AHA lotions (acids that gently exfoliate your skin) can help them heal.

Vitamin E deficiency is a big culprit in stretch mark formation, but there's a ton of vegetarian sources. Omega-3's may also play a role, but there's flax and walnuts (and fish, if you eat them) to combat that....

probably, also causes green turds, and depresion

oh no....meat gives u bad breath....greens gives u glowing skin
