I need more iron?
I think I may have an iron deficiency. I've been a veggie for a year now and I don't really think I've been eating as well as I should be eating. What are some good, vegetarian friendly, iron packed foods? I'm already taking a vitamin that has like 30% of my iron but this isn't enough. I really would prefer quick and easy foods because I hate cooking a lot and making a ton of dirty dishes in the process.

pull down your lower eyelid and note the color. It should be bright red. If it's orangish or pink, you need Iron.
My Dr told me that your large intestine cannot absorb vitimins and Iron at the same time. It's better to take Iron separatly from the vitimans, i.e. one in the morning and the other at night. See if that increases the redness in your lower eyelids.
spinach has loads of iron in it and is seriously easy to cook, just throw it in a pasta sauce or boil it in water. even i can cook it, which is saying something.
