Question:

Is there a book that tells about all the different cheese's ?

Also to tell you what kind of cheese to use when cooking ? Different kinds of food. Italian, Mexican, American. I'm not a vegatarian.

Answers:
Yes! There are books that are all about Italian cheeses, all about French cheeses, etc. Check in your library or book store. I love cheeses, like Sainte Marcellin , the King of cheese from the Rhone-Alpes, Crottin de Chavignol, Roquefort, Emmenthal, Gruyere, Stilton, Mont d'Or, Wnsleydale, etc, etc. Enjoy!
