Does powdered soy milk taste basically like regular soymilk?!

Does powdered soy milk taste basically like regular soymilk?

I'm studying abroad in Mexico, and the supermarket near me doesn't carry any normal soymilk... only bags of powdered soymilk. Will it taste anything like what I'm use to, or should I be ready for a surprise?
