Where Can You Buy Foturkey...?!

Question:

Where Can You Buy Foturkey...?

I'm 13 and have been a vegetarian for a while, and let me say that I've managed fine.
I've experimented with different types of fake meats, like Morning Star veggie burgers... buffalo wings... ect. But, I use to love turkey... and its been a long time since I've tried it.

So. I know that they make fake turkey (which I think is called Foturkey.) But where do they sell this?

If it helps any, I live in AZ. =]

tofurky is kind of hard to find in regular supermarkets, harder than morningstar et al. it's called tofurky. you can try nutritional stores also, the ones that carry supplements and nutritional bars also. also you can try larger gourmet chain stores like whole foods market. I know that they usually carry it.

Try looking on veganessentials.com While i am not a vegan,,or a vegetarian for that matter I do have an interest in it and have also tried a few of the MorningStar products..which i must say i love..

But if any place may have it it would probably be online

It's Tofurkey (Tofu Turkey)

I can usually find it at Trader Joe's

I don't know what stores there are where you live, but I've found Tofurkey at Fred Meyer, Wild Oats, and Trader Joe's. You can get Tofurkey lunch meat in many flavors, and you can even get a big, fake turkey. I personally don't like it (because of the consistency, not the flavor), but my parents love it. You might be able to special order Tofurkey from your regular grocery store. Most grocery stores have that option. Ask at the Customer Service desk.

lol, I love that stuff. It's called "Tofurkey" and you can actually find it at places like Fred Meyers, Safeway, or even Wal-Mart, in the refrigerated foods section, health foods section, or sometimes near vegetables. If you have a Trader Joe's, you'll probably have better luck there, more selection. If you look hard enough, you'll find it. And it's really yummy. :-)
