"Sales for red meat are predicted to top $44 billion this year, up 18 percent in just three years and nearly 40 percent since 1999, according to a report from research firm Mintel, which tracks consumer trends.

After a growth slowdown after 2000, the appetite for red meat spiked again last year ― unquestionably spurred on by low-carb eating and the rush to try out diets like Atkins."

Nope,
but do you know why we have molars, incisors, and canines? Find out what each type of tooth does. We were meant to be omnivores. If you are going to become a vegetarian or a vegan, make sure you supplement the vitamins/minerals that your new diet is lacking and it should be no problem.

I have no idea girl, but yea I think there are more meat eaters now in our modern times than 2000 years ago because since the industrial revolution came along, we pretty much have the technology to cook meat everyday.

Anyways, I think that vegetarianism is a healthy lifestyle, I'm thinking of becoming one someday.
