They kill a goat tree and eat it.

Beans and try Edamame, it's good and there's a lot of protein in it.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on soy as a source or protein, especially overly-processed packaged veggie burgers. Try picking up some cooking skills and cook for yourself. :)

Beans are an excellent source of protein, and go great with corn for a more complete protein. You want to get your protein from several sources including eggs and raw milk if you choose to include those. Nuts and seeds also provide protein but also carry a lot of fats (though they are good fats). Remember to listen to your body and do not deprive yourself. Good luck in your research, diet, and health. :)

Eggs, milk products, soy products, beans, legumes with rice and corn, nuts, nutbutters, aramanthra, buckwheat, nutritional yeast, quinoa, seaweed, different vegetables,...

rice, corn and beans eaten together make a complete protein

Hummus, nuts, seeds, beans. Even pasta has 7 grams of protein per serving. Look through some cookbooks. I also eat seitan, which is made from wheat gluten.
