Do you have any good recipes for BBQ tofu?!

Question:

Do you have any good recipes for BBQ tofu?

Answers:
This is my lazy way to make BBQ tofu and I really like it:

I buy a good BBQ sauce, make sure all the ingredients are vegetarian friendly. For exemple:

I heat some oil, saute the tofu which I slice or cube (must be extra frim) in a non stick pan until it is light golden brown, then I add the sauce over the tofu and stir it for few more minutes and serve over rice with veggies.
I found this less lazy recipe on the net which I am planning on trying soon too.

Yes. First, throw out the tofu and buy some good pork spare ribs or a beef brisket.

Sorry, I just had to do that.

I agree with Timberwolf !!!!!

marinate tofu overnight in soy sauce & garlic salt then slice into widthwise pieces take a cast iron pan and put on the grill or use a piece of foil and grill for three mins on each side.

go to www.theppk.com and check out the cookbook too

Grill it then but BBQ sauce on it

Yes, soak Tofu in lighter fluid and toss on the charcoal to start the fire.

Then pull out a beef brisket and slap it on the grill

Tofu is toxic. It is not healthy as people are led to believe; it almost killed me when I was a vegetarian.

Tofu blocks hormones in your body and also counteracts medications you may be taking like thyroid.

yes definately marinate it. i've been a vego since i was young and my mum would always marinate it for a few hours, long enough for the flavours to soak in. then throw it on the barbie. but the best tofu i ever had and i still make nowadays it marinated and then baked. if you are also looking for convinient barbequeing food for vegos i find sanitarium products are ideal.
