Keep out of any plastic wrap or bags, in the crisper section. Once cut into, they spoil quickly, so if you use one, use it all.
Leave them in the crisper drawer of the fridge, careful not to bruise them. Soft spots will mold faster.
i wash and pat dry with paper towel, and put it in a dark, cool place, they don't store well, i can keep it fresh for 7 days max
