Do spicy ingredients cause frequency?!
Do spicy ingredients cause frequency?
Do spicy ingredients like garlic, ginger, chile peppers, etc. cause you to have to feel like you have to go all the time?
When I do, very little comes out.

oldgit, you have been reported to Yahoo!
I am still needing some replies to my question. I really like spicy food, but I think it is contributing to me having to go all the time.

Not surprised not much comes out gayboy, probably too much going in. Sent the dog back by the way. Watch yer ***!
Ok FG , I don't give a fcuk who you report me to or whatever watchdog you set on me. What I say is straight out, even if it is insulting. Trolls like you invite that.
You are obviously a guy (note the friendly Americanism!) who can string a few words together & can fool a few of the people some of the time!
I suggest you use your talent elsewhere. I shan't tease you again.
Good luck & I hope you feel better soon.
that's gross and i don't know or even care
YES Your stomach has a hard time digesting spicy foods...
What can you eat to help make your poop a little more like a rock and less like a river? Dieticians recommend something called the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Apples (fruit and/or juice) and decaffeinated Tea (or other fluids).
you have to go all the time because you are full of it, fox. Get a life!
Everyone is different. I can eat spicy food from certain cultures and I'm fine...with other ethnic cuisine, I have to go almost immediately. I guess it depends on what you are eating and how much of it.
Did you have this problem when you were eating meat?
If you have "that feeling" all the time, but you don't really go a whole lot, it sounds to me like you have more gas than waste. Maybe you should take some sort of anti-acid to neutralize the food after you eat it.
I hope that helps.....
BTW - I've noticed that a lot of your questions are in regards to your bowel movements (or lack thereof). Maybe you should see a doctor!!
Um, I wouldn't put garlic on that list, nor ginger, but spices are irritants. This is why in India, since spicy food has become such a raving fad, that stomach cancer has also become a raving fad. Yup. I used to eat lots of spicy food, it was new to me, and very interesting, and people were surprised and impressed with how I could easily handle super spicy food. But, eventually I felt that I wanted to taste my food more and stopped. Making me more frequent? No, not unless I really piled it on. Basically, your body wants to get it out since it's not good for you, so it will get pushed through faster and not digest properly.
beebs has the right answer although i would request that you don't actually "get a life" - it would be wasted on you.
You are probably tender and its messing with your nerves in that area, ease off the late night post-beer snooker with your b/f
I don't think I've heard of this particular side effect. You might want to cut down on your spicy ingredients to see if anything changes. If it doesn't change, then there's another cause which you'll need to look into.
I don't. Maybe they just don't agree with you. Do without them for a while and re-introduce it back into your diet and see which spice is the culprit.
If you think you have constipation then use something natural like putting more fibre in your diet and have some figs or peppermint.
