I drink V8 Spicy hot or Lemon Twist everyday for Breakfast. Is this Vegan approved?

I thought a vegan is a person who choses not to eat products that come from animals. If I am right Im sure that you can drink V8.

You have to watch out for "natural flavors" in the ingredients list sometimes. Oh, and the sodium content in just 1 can is off the charts, if that matters to you.

A great place to look things up is on a PETA website called "I can't beleive it's vegan". It lists all kinds of stuff you would never think was vegan.
