After exercises meat eaters have pain?!

Question:

After exercises meat eaters have pain?

because urine acid has made small crystals in the muscles.
Vegetarians hava the same pain... what is the reason then?

Answers:
your body produces uric acid naturally( the form of acid that is most likely going to irritate your muscles during aerobic activity is lactic acid, not uric acid.) Hence the proper name of your pee, urine.
Besides. that's not the only reason you may have pain after exercising. weight lifting creates micro-tears in the muscle tissue which causes soreness at well. this has nothing to do with diet.

If you're referring to gout, it is exacerbated by purines which are more abundant in meat, although small amounts are present in all living things.

I dont think your statement is true, its a little vague.

Its not urine acid, its uric acid, and that can come from many sources, including vegetables. Anyone can have pain after exercising, regardless of diet. Its not actually the uric acid that causes the pain, but a buildup of phosphates and lactic acid. Its a common misconception that certain things are only in meat, when in fact ALL nutrients can be found in a plant based diet.
