By veggie ramen noodles, I mean the kind like regular chicken flavored ramen noodles. And, I was reading another question/answer and someone mentioned veggie stock. Where would I find this in a grocery store?

here is a recipe for vegan raw tuna salad..

Veggie Tuna (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
5 lb / 2.3 kg of carrots, peeled
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 small red onion, diced
1 large tomato
1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise
2 T tamari (or soy sauce)
1 T sea salt or other salt substitute
2 t kelp seasoning

METHOD
Juice the carrots in an electric juicer. Save the pulp to make this dish and enjoy the juice as a refreshing beverage.
Finely chop the celery, bell pepper, onion, and tomato. Add the pulp of the carrots to the chopped vegetables. Knead the eggless mayonnaise into the carrot pulp mixture. Next knead in the tamari. Finally, knead in the sea salt and kelp seasoning.

here is another recipe

Vegan tuna fish sandwich

I stumbled upon this version today after numerous experiments. It's simple, easy to make, and delicious.

Ingredients
4 oz extra firm tofu
4 tablespoons Nasoya "Nayonnaise" or similar product (vegetarians may wish to substitute real mayo)
1/2 pound seitan (I use White Wave Chicken Style)
1 tablespoon tahini
6 slices of bread
Pinch of salt

Method:
Blend the tofu, Nayonnaise, and tahini in a food processor. Add the seitan. For best texture, run the food processor just long enough to chop it into little pieces.
Skip the salt if you wish, but be aware that tunafish is salty stuff. If you are trying to please a tunafish eater, keep the salt.
Notes:
Makes at least three generous sandwiches. I grilled my bread in a drop of olive oil, with a clove of garlic and a bit of salt and pepper, resulting in a very convincing "restaurant-style" sandwich.

Note- you could try Wild Oats or Sunflowers stores for vegetarian ramen noodles...

Never mind I did more research on it >.< But I am sure that there is a veggie type of ramen noodle o.O

Use roughly mashed chickpeas with whatever seasoning you'd like, and add artichokes for the flaky texture.

Yes, there are veggie ramen noodles. Just read the packages.

I don't know about ramen noodles... but, I love these instant rice noodle soup bowls, Thai Kitchen, Alot of them are vegan

*** oh, well the chicken flavored ramen noodles are definalty not vegetarian friendly, I don't know why I can't find the actual ingredients online, but I know for a fact that the chicken ramen noodles are not vegetarian... they either have chicken fat or some other animal ingredient in them. I am not really sure about the other ramen flavors, again cause I can't find the ingredients anywhere. But I would take a guess and say that prolly all of the ramen flavors are not vegetarian... you'll have to read the package to find out.
(oh and if the package says "natural flavors" I wouldn't eat it, could be animal flavors)

no the ramen noodles have chiken fat in it. dont eat them! but i dont think the oriental ones do.

have you tried the veggie noodle mix with vegetables. its green in color. some are orange cause they're mix with carrots.

Top Ramen Oriental flavor is vegetarian. Vegetable stock is usually where the other broths are near the soup.

ramen noodles does make a veggie flavored product (i believe the oriental has no meat flavorings), but the actual noodles are deep fried ( plus, they contain enough sodium to kill a small cow :) ! i don't know what, exactly, they fry the noodles in. i would be skeptical if i were you.
