That wouldn't work but if you could find a suitable powdered imitation butter flavoring you could mix that with salt to make your own Flavacol
If you can't find Flavacol you could check your local grocer for butter flavored salts in the popcorn section or the spice aisle. Just check the ingredients carefully if your vegetarian or vegan
