Easy French Recipes?!

Question:

Easy French Recipes?

I need an easy French recipe for tomorrow and I don't have time to go to the store and it can't have meat. I do know what I have that I can use to make stuff with though so um here's what I have:
3 tomatoes
1 onion
Celery
1lb. baby carrots
munster cheese (about 7 slices)
Pasta
Rice
Different Oils & vinegers & wines
eggs
cheddar cheese

yeah that's about it so please help!

Answers:
Chop up the veggies raw and let them soak in a good blend of oils, vinegars and wines. Cook the rice with some lovely spices all light and fluffy like. Top the rice with the veggie mix and garnish with crumbled hard boiled egg and cheese.

Pasta is not french, sorry.

just make a salad and called your version of a French salad

go to www.recipezaar.com and put your ingredints in, they may come up with a recipe for you.

OK well you have some good things so dint worry about getting to the store. My suggestion is 1: to make a salad with the tomato celery and carrots, but some cheese om ot and but some oil salad dressing over it. Then make a risotto, that being a creamy rice. Look at some recipes at allrecipes.com. Its really good for finding anything with the ingredients you have. Good luck, it will work out and youll figuare something out

Herbed French Dressing
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon crushed dried tarragon
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Place all ingredients in a quart jar. Cover and shake until well mixed. Chill and mix well before serving with your favorite salad greens. Makes about 3 cups of French Dressing.

Quick French Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup salad oil

Combine all ingredients and shake well in a covered jar. Shake well before using and store in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup of salad dressing.

Good Luck!!! :)

make a simple crepe, tomatoes, cream cheese, green peppers, onion, potatoes, heck throw in some artichoke hearts and garlic to make it fun
