I don't believe there is but there is an African American Food Shelf council in MN USA ........ To Launch in NW Hennepin County
The African Food Shelf Advisory Council will celebrate the launch of the African food shelf on April 20. The food shelf will provide culturally appropriate foods and bring the African community together to celebrate their ethnic cuisines. I don't think they have the problem of "too much" food to store, like we do. It's a shame.
