What does it...?!

Question:

What does it...?

what does it take to become a vegan...? any ideas please...?

Answers:
To be honest - real conviction and determination.

Do not eat meat. Period. Eat, vegetables and other protein producers that do not contain meat.

Becoming vegan takes a lot of dedication. In addition to abstaining from meat, you abstain from anything derived from an animal or living organism. That means that you cannot eat anything made from yeast: beer, bread; anything made from animal products: gelatin, refined sugar; or dairy. Do some research before starting. Make sure that you develop a diet that will deliver adequate protein, calcium and nutrition.

Good luck!

A desire to. That's it really. It's not that hard after the first few weeks. After about 6 months it becomes effortless. If you have any more specific questions I would be happy to help.

It takes a lot of effort, doing your research to make sure that you are eating a balanced diet, Reading all the ingredient labels in your food, knowing what ingredients come from animal sources, but don't necessarily say so. Strength, giving up something that you were probably raised on is hard, and it takes strength and determination. But you and your body will thank you for making the transition. You'll feel better, You'll have more energy, you might lose some unwanted weight, you'll have a stronger immune system, You will physically look better, you will just be healthier all together.
