Hair is a byproduct and is affected by nutrition. If you eat well, your hair will be healthier and possibly will grow faster.

Prevent breakage and thinning by using minimal products, a gentle shampoo, and as little heat (curling iron, hair drier, flat iron, etc) as possible.

Just drink alot of milk...

Take a daily vitamin. Make sure it has all the B vitamins, enough iron, and zinc.

I have the same problem. I don't know if it works but i just sarted using Garnier Frutisse Length and Strength shampoo and condition so maybe that helps.

I frequently hear of people taking pre natal pills to make their hair grow faster, even men. The reason that an expecting mother's hair may grow slower or faster has to do with hormonal activity and not the pills. So please, stop doing that.

Well, there it is. You may not like the answer, but that is the scientific facts of the matter. If you still insist on buying into the Hair Voodoo or the thousands of snake oil pitch men out there ready to separate you from your money, well, you know the expression.

I have been told that Biotin works tho I haven't tried it myself

My hair grows fast. My friends hair does not and she also has tried many things through out the years which did not help.I believe it is genetics.Sorry!

Biotin and vitamin B12 will help hair grow faster as well as nails. You can take pills, or eat things like blueberries that have them naturally.
