I love pistachios.

IZ, I love Pistachios, too; especially those that come from Iran. Peanuts are too common. Almonds are too hard. Macadamias are quite expensive. Cashews, Hazels and Walnuts are generally preferred with sugar-coating. But Pistachios need just be plain salt-roasted, and it beats the hell out of the rest!!! I gobbled up a half-gallonful by myself just this February!!! Glutton me!!!
