Thanks, green ghost, those first two kept me going off track for quite awhile (finding other recipes)...found some vegan whipped cream, pistachio and almond nut butter,etc.

You answered your own question. I prefer the cashew and tahini based ones as a general rule. The first link to aboverubies are all good recipes and they get swiped by other websites frequently!

You're most welcome! If you're getting into making cheese replacements I'll give you two tips that I've never seen mentioned about it (my other secrets *stay* secret). If you use arrowroot instead of other binders the result tends to be a little stringier and instead of using plain salt use Flavacol! The buttery flavor makes a big difference in the final product.

Did you perchance notice that recipes from those first two links are copied on that advertisement laden site we both reviewed today?
