Gee Beebs, you must be reading my answers and learning something since I used this link recently. I also find it interesting that you've asked a question based on one of my Jainworld links that I also recently used. Maybe you should read through these links to continue to expand your education.

And no the FDA isn't on crack. It's just that they pay attention to the 'gifts' they recieve from slimebuckets like Fallon and the rest of the crowd over at Weston Price!

Vegetarians do not eat fish. A fish eater is a Piscivore. Spread the correct word!
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/piscivo...
Sure there is. Eat only whole foods.
I was a Vegetarian, supposedly, for 15 years. Then the walls came down and I learned that it is almost impossible to be a vegetarian and have a complete and varied diet because unless it's a fruit or a vegetable, the chances are very good that some kind of animal by-product is in your food, even grains!!!
I only recently started eating fish because it's the only animal protein I can stomach.
Thank goodness for cheese.
Gross. It's just that vegetarians are looked at as some wierd fringe group that don't really matter. Did you know that companies that make makeup buy grease vats (like the one we had at my job corps) and make lipstick out of it....well, you probably did, but that's just nasty, huh?
i think there is if you look hard
Heavy sigh. Well, there's surely pork in the glue on my postage stamps... I just do the best that I can, I'm sure I get points for my good intention. Being the "perfect moral vegetarian" is stressful and ticks people off anyway. www.veganoutreach.org, Read the "how vegan" article.
It is definitely hard to find foods that don't have animal products in them.
However, some natural foods stores (like Whole Foods) have lots of vegan and vegetarian-friendly foods. I always make sure that my foods are marked "vegan," because that is very trustworthy. Unfortunately, vegetarians and vegans will probably ALWAYS have to read the ingredient list, as people seem to always be wanting to trick us.
Good luck!
I am really not worried about people who like to crash airplanes into buildings...whether they are eating right or not before they do that..
Like Kit Kat said, eat whole foods.
As far as the article goes, its always been obvious to me that Sunny Delight and most other juices on the market were not real juice so I am not surprised at all.
I only drink Pure Cranberry Juice (not concentrate) purchased from my local Cranberry growers and am positive there are no animal products in it.
Mevlana, What kind of comment is that? Are you as much of a redneck as you seem to be?
