is this gonna make me sick? will i get all the nutrition i need or do i have to supplement it with other foods/pills?

Adding fruits and milk (soy, goat, whatever) helps. You won't be getting your veggies, though! Where are you going to go out to eat?!

You definitely will not be getting all the essential vitamins, etc. from eating only cereal (&milk if you don't eat it dry). You definitely need a source of protein for starters. I had a few friends go veg and had issues with hair falling out, etc. due to lack of nutrients in their diets. Please research your food options online or go to your local Barnes & Noble. There are many great Vegetarian/Vegan products out there, and soy products are great meat substitutes. Good luck !

I say go for it. I mean if you get sick at least it'll be a red flag for the rest of us.

Yes, it is going to make you sick, because you won't be getting all the nutrients you need. You would have to use supplements definently, but even those aren't as good as the real thing. It's just best to eat a well-rounded diet.

Cereal... hmmmm..... If this is for real, I would have to say you'd have to supplement. Yeah, you'll get the grains you need and the occasional fruit, if you chose cereal with fruit. You'll get the calcium from the milk. But you will not be getting enough protein, fat, and other vitamins that you need.

Cereal consists mostly of grains and sugars. Both are carbs. If your diet only consisted of carbs, you would gain a lot of weight.

I know everyone will suggest a 'balanced' diet of the 4 food groups, but if you keep the carbs to a bare minimum and take vitamins to supplement what you are missing in your diet, I think you will do well.

I don't think a strict diet of any one food is a good idea unless it is ICE CREAM ! LOL

If you are for real, I'd have to ask what kind of cereal you plan on eating for the rest of your life. If it's Count Chocula, you'll definitely get sick (ewww) and need to take supplements. If it's Health Valley Organic Oat Bran Flakes, hmm, that's a tough call. I'd eat hot cereal such as oatmeal with milk. That will at least give you some protein. I'll bet you fifty bucks that you can't or don't do this for more than two weeks. If you're serious at all, that is.
