wont make me fat and wont make me barf from grossness? and places...preferably trader joe's...

Are you vegetarian or vegan? If you aren't vegan, try toasting a bagel and putting cream cheese on it. Frying up a thick slice of tomato and melting monterey jack cheese on it. Put the cheesy tomato on your cream cheese bagel. It's so delicious!

If you are vegan, you might be able to replace the dairy products with those from soy. Also, chili is really good. Put some red kidney beans in a pot with tomato sauce and some chili seasoning (make sure you read the labels first). It's yummy with crackers. Hope it helps!

It sounds like you don't like being a vegetarian. Because I can't think of anything vegetarians can eat that's gross and make you barf.

what is gross to you? If you don't like fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. You should not be a vegetarian.

There are hundreds of cookbooks available, or try looking up vegetarian recipes on the internet.

Take some time at Trader Joe's and look at the ingredients. Be careful with cheese and sugar, which may not be vegetarian at all. Make sure the cheeses you eat are rennet-less or made with vegetable rennet. (Rennet is the lining of a cows stomach). Many sugars are bleached with an ingredient made from cow bones. And of course, Gelatin is made with animal parts.

I too am a Vegitarian and I understand that you dont want to eat 'goss' stuff( veggie burgers) Well you should try saldas
