Vegetarian Low Carb Diet?!
Vegetarian Low Carb Diet?
Any suggestions on a low-carb diet that isn't so reliant on meat and chicken?
I eat seafood, tofu, dairy and eggs so I am not so limited.
I just need recipes and ideas.

i eat seafood chicken turkey and ham but all lean meats and no carbs as u i say eat the good carbs like broccoli carrots onion squash zuchini eat fish like shrimp tuna salmon anything not breaded use herbs for flavor try for all natural no perserves or salt added to anything cheerios is a good bf cereal u need at least 70 carbs a day or the diet will screw up ur liver eat cheese like the real cheddar and mozz or part skim mozz but thats it and eat yogurt fat free or try the carb one from dannon love it and try to use ur imagination and make ur self meals like for instance
shrimp and lettuce or spinach leaves with italian dressing fat free wit cherry tomatos or cherry grapes
or try
tofu shrimp onion tomato cherry style on kebabs
or
i don't eat eggs but u can always make an egg substitute egg omelet with peppers red green and onion and cheese and eat like that season with garlic pepper parsley
I make those frozen stir fry's all the time they are good. I cant have many carbs or sugar. :( I'm hyperglysemic. Nuts are good, Almonds are great for protein. One thing I like to do is take Zuchanni or Eggplant and slice them. I put marina sauce on them or a tomato and cover it with motzarella cheese! Kinda like a Parm. A little italian seasoning and wow! One thing I LOVE is whole wheat pasta. I portion it up but its not very bad for you and its just perfect for a little filler. OHHHH They have the no sugar added ice creams! Made with splenda! THEY are awsome! I eat like a tiny scoop every now and again in it fixes my cravings, but there are so many out there so you have to read the labels.
Apples and Peanutbutter
Cottege Cheese (add fruit, salt and peppar, or something else it limitless)
I like asparigus with hollandase sauce. They have a premade packet add water. I can eat the entire thing. Avacados are coming in season. I cut one up and eat it with balsalmic dressing yumm!

i don't think low carb diet works, so i don't know any low carb diet, maybe just eating more protein instead of carbs, but it s not good man.
You are not a vegetarian if you eat seafood. Anyhoo..eat whole grains, legumes, veggies, soya products, fruits, nuts and be creative. You can make almost any dish vegetarian.
