How does cauliflower taste?!

Question:

How does cauliflower taste?

Answers:
kind of like potatoes. somewhere between very mild brocoli and potatoes, but more on the potatoe side.

pretty watery and tasteless bit crisp though

just like it smells...........................
...delicious!!!

To me not so good!!!

I think it has a taste of it's own but If I had to pick something a potato I love it. You can roast with oil, salt & pepper, or serve with cheese or my favorite is boil it for like 7 min. and then bread them in bread crumbs and then fry them up in oil. I make them all the time for the holiday and it is so good!

it tastes like cauliflower. No way to describe it-it is a unique and delicious vegetable. I cant compare it to anything else. Lovely in cheese sauce

Not much flavor although for some reason it is great cut fresh into pieces served with french onion dip.... and cut into pieces then boiled served with a chedder cheese sauce or fresh shredded chedder sprinkled all over it.

if cooked with a good amount of indian spices then it is lip smacking

It doesnt have much of a taste. It's really easy to over cook, which makes it lose even more flavour. I agree with adding spices and herbs.
Cumin and coriander would be nice.
But then it wouldnt taste like cauliflower. It would taste like cumin and coriander...

if raw it's really fun to bite into it, i like to chew on raw califulflower, if steamed it tastes like a white piece of blank food source, it can be dipped into any sauce to make it taste like anything you want, califowler is so good, i'm gonna get some.

AWESOME!!--it's really good :]
