Enyone have some diet recipes for weight loss?

I need quick diet meals. I read some recipes on http://www.diet-advices.com and they are great. Please if anybody have some ideas?

Eat youghurt and fruits for breakfast, vegetable salad with no fat dressing for lunch,snack on nuts/fruit/low fat biscuits and eat grilled lean meat with veggies for dinner.
watch the calories and EXERCISE.
you will be thin in no time.

Diets don't work. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your lifestyle. Avoid refined foods and refined sugars. Eat whole foods and eat smaller meals throughout the day. Do at least 20 minutes of moderate exercise a day.
