Paneer is made from commercial milk, and you could be lactose intolerant, which could be causing your gastric problem to begin with. I am highly intolerant, in fact allergic, to commercial milk and dairy products, but I do fine on raw milk fresh from the cow. Its mostly the additives in commercial milk, such as the synthetic vitamin d, growth hormones, pesticide residues, antibiotics, and steroids the animals are given. I would try laying off all dairy and see if your symptoms improve. You could have undiagnosed food allergies

There is no harm in having paneer every day as such. Do not skip meals since you have gastric problem. Avoid spicy and fried foods. Do not eat large meals instead eat small and frequent meals. Regular walks or exercise will do wonders.

Cheese gives you gas.

No paneer is a diary product which is not good for gastric problem

no you should not eat paneer a lot because it is curdled milk
