What can I make out of bananas?!

Question:

What can I make out of bananas?

I really need some more potassium in my diet and I love bananas but I get bored with just eating bananas regularly. What can I make?

Answers:
Banana pudding - put in blender 1 banana & 1 cup milk (regular or soy); after blending, put 1.5 tbsp of corn starch & 1 tsp of vanilla extract in a microsafe bowl. pour from blender; whisk very well. put in micro on high 1 minute, then whisk; another minute, then whisk until it turns; sort of like oatmeal. Let cool & enjoy.

Speaking of oatmeal...that is another good one. same blending method, but use oatmeal instead of corn starch.

Smoothie are good.

You can also make frozen treats with banana using the blending method, but add vanilla extract into blender, then pour onto ice cube tray or in small plastic cups.

Just a few options. I hope this is helpful.

Jello and Banana slices

banana bread

You can slice them and freeze them and then put them in a blender with a little bit of milk to make something that's really like ice cream.
