have eaten it once, and never again!

Eat it the same way as regular duck, in a pancake with cucumber, spring onion & hoisin sauce. Can't tell the difference!

Mock duck?! I've never heard of that, but good luck!

yes iv tried it an i had it in a stir fry ,it was quiet nice we had a little bowl full of rice an chop sticks to pick up our stir fry it was bean sprouts, carrots, bamboo shoots, horse chestnuts an mock duck with some lovely sauce which i put all over my rice.oh forgot the sauce was a bit of soya sauce an all the flavor from the veg with a bit of sugar in it an some chinese salt .

Please tell me what is mock duck, is there mock chicken or maybe mock fish, I need to know.

in a stir fry - my cats want to know if they can come round to your place - they love the liquid that mock duck is in

I have eaten it in stir fries. It's quite nice.No idea if it tastes like real duck as I've never tried that.

Sorry! Not a vegetarian, but I can cook meals without meat. Tofu is great and I make a wicked nut cutlet. What I don't understand is vegetarians who eat vegetarian bacon flavoured crisps. Mock duck? Either you are vegetarian or not. Why do you hanker after ersatz meat? It should make you want to throw up.
