Not that I know of, they need room for the parachutes, although Russian food does have alot of vegetables, and not alot of meat.
If you want a light meal ask for a kosher meal. If not that pack a lunch, as some vegetarian meals from some airlines are serve with fish. I don't understand that, but there prepared at the point of origin, if your flight is from the US it is done by SkyChefs.
