Does anyone have a list of foods with a negative calorie intake?!

Question:

Does anyone have a list of foods with a negative calorie intake?

I am a vegetarian and was just curious. The only one I know of is celery. I assume that there are more, but I don't know of any.

Answers:
Yes there are many ..asparagus, beets,broccoli , green cabbage ,cauliflower, carrots ,cucumber,dandelion , garlic, zucchini,turnip,spinach,radish... grapefruit,lemon mango, tangerines, strawberries, cranberries, Green beans, endive,apples,celery root,garden cress,lamb's lettuce ,hot chili peppers,.............I eat these all the time..they do help maintain weight and are great..!

mushrooms are the only one i know of.

celery has a positive calorie intake, it is just that by the time you digest it you'll have used more calories in the digestive process than you consumed.

it's not a food, but ice water makes you burn calories because your stomach uses energy to heat it to your body temperature...

connie is right
let me just add, melons
such as honey dew melon, i juice it and it's very nice

This link has a list and rates the foods as good "negative calore foods" and "very good". It also explains why some scientisits believe that there are no negative calorie foods.

This is just one website. Definitely do research beyond this. Just as adisclaimer, this link is sponsored by a diet plan, but I posted the page that has the list and am in no way advocating or do I know anything about the diet.
