Where can I buy Seitan in Sydney, AUS?
I hear it's also known as Mi-Tan. I've never seen it before...Haven't checked any Asian grocers, either. I don't know where to start?? Lol.

I'm not familiar with products in Australia, but would it be possible to learn how to make it and make yourself?
Any Asian store in Chinatown would sll it or a Japanese market, I was only in Sydney for a short time, also health food stores, there is a chain operation I am not sure the name, it is vaccum packeted, I like it for the days I am making a veggie stir fry and need a bit of protein.
It can be hard to find in stores. Have you tried a health food store? You can make your own too. There are some easy recipes for it on the internet if you do a search.
