Is this a relatively healthy meal?
Macaroni and cheese (made with whole wheat noodles, a little butter and some cheese powder) mixed with fried mushrooms and onions, and sliced up green olives. Topped with a little cayenne pepper, pepper and parmesean cheese.

better than KD!
MMMmmmm...sounds good. Go easy on the butter though.
it is a relatively healthy meal...careful on the butter...good that you used whole wheat noodles...careful on the cheese also* otherwise...good choice*
Since you've already used cheese powder for a cheese flavour, I wouldn't top it with more parmesean if I were you. If you do, make sure it's a low-fat one. Also watch the butter. But otherwise, and even so, it's great!
This is not a healthy meal. Whole wheat pasta is good when used with olive oil (not butter) and your vegetables are steamed then added. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan and pepper.
I would say no, all pasta have 2 many carbs
then your adding fried veggies, butter, cheese powder and parmesean cheese!
your betta off cooking the pasta and adding some olive oil and garlic
thats border line healthy, i would not recommand eating it too often, mostly because of the cheese powder (too much additives)
No, I wouldn't call it healthy. But in saying that, you could be doing much worse.
Butter and cheese are full of saturated fats (from animal products) which are not good for you. So just make sure you don't overdo it with the butter and cheese.
