i am allowed to eat fish with scales like tilapia and salmon.. do they have that variety in sushi? is sushi good for u?

yes salmon I do all the time it is my favorite any major chain store will have it tilapia have not seen yes sushi is good for you low in calorie and heart healthy so go ahead they have many kind in the store make sure it is made same day and eatin same day never save it you can also carry out from any sushi place and get all salmon hope this help

Some sashimi grade salmon is used in commercial sushi, but more often its tuna. I have never seen tilapia used in sushi. If you get fresh sushi, its very good for you-lots of minerals in the nori (seaweed wrap) fiber in the sushi rice, and minerals and vitamins from the vegetables, and/or seafood. Many prepackaged ones, though, contain artificial ingredients, preservatives and fillers. Read the label to know what you are getting.
why would you ask this question on the vegetarian /vegan part of this site..we do need eat fish ..scales or no scales ...and what is up with BEEBS ...is she a vegetarian or a vegetarian wannabe?...sorry but it is just rude to come to this site and ask that question

As a vegetarian, no it's not good for you - it's an ANIMAL PRODUCTS, so how can it be "good for you"? Of for the fish?

with salmon you have to cure in salt for at least 5 mins, then freeze over 48 hrs. and that is when you have really fresh salmon, i wouldn't use anything from supermarket. tilapia is something you can find in frozen section at local asian markets. and its really good for you!!
sushi IS good for you! and there is literally like, a thousand varities of it! buy it at traget, byerly's, ect....! and this one sushi bar, sagio's, i think it's called, is really good!
