Vegetarians are weak?!
Vegetarians are weak?
Why are people saying Vegetarians arent weak the don't eat meat meat provides protein protein provides muscle .
its not Stereotyping.
Geez... pretty soon they'll say assuming a black persons skin color is black, or brown is stereotyping. and thinking that Chinese people are from Chinese decent is stereotyping o.k. you what these count and are not stereotypes along with Vegetarians that isn't stereotyping either

not enough protein.
meat gives you protein!!
mmm... steak.
what you are not making sense "saying Vegetarians arent weak the don't eat meat meat provides protein protein provides muscle ", protein comes in various forms, but the problem is your grammar trying to comvey your point
Vegetarians do eat protein - protein comes in many forms, meat is not the only source of it. Assuming that vegetarians are weak IS stereotyping, and simply shows that you're ill-informed - there are many successful vegetarian athletes, for example.
Protein can be gotten from dairy and/or eggs (for lacto/ovo vegetarians), and soy, nuts, and legumes. You don't need to eat animal carcasses to be strong.
P.S.: To address your additional comment: Yes, I've heard of the five food groups. None of them is called "Meat". It's called "Meats and other Protein Sources". Look it up. http://www.winforum.org/food-groups.html...
Duhh dude.. U don't get strong from eating meat. and U don't get weak from not eating meat.. when ur a vegetarian / vegan you eat plenty of other things that have much more protein then a slab of carcass.
I thought U built muscle by exercises physical activity... Research what U say so U make a bit more sense.. have a grrreat day and peAce
God, I wish we still had the "thumbs down" option for stupid, pseudo-questions.
Just judging from your Q&A history...
Popeye ate spinach for his muscles so there that just goes to show you.
Vegetarians aren't weak. We just get our protein from other sources. In fact vegetarians tend to live longer than meat-eaters. And you are being stereotypical when you say vegetarians are weak.
P.S- Work on your grammar.
The vegetarians i know get protein from fish, milk, cheese and eggs.
Be careful! Those vegetarians may thrash you about the head -- if they can manage to lift their arms and make a fist before passing out.
Gee, these people look pretty healthy and muscular to me.

or this guy, http://www.brendanbrazier.com/bio/index....
We should all be lacking so much protein!
I think the question is who thinks that is the case? Here are examples of athletes that are not weak.

When you finish your next ultramarathon or triathlon let us know.
When people come up to me and tell me how built I look they sure don't make any comments about vegetarians being weak. =) Labelling vegetarians in general as weak is simply an incorrect assumption and would be the same as saying that all white people have the same skin tone. It's false, plain and simple, so get your facts straight.
After reading what you wrote ; it is so moronic I don't think it even deserves an answer ...
i've heard vegetarians are smart
i ddon't know about being weak, i mean i'm not weak at all, i can stand up for minutes at a time, and i can walk around without assistance, weak how?
You know...
wow sorry passed out for a second there, guess I should get some meat on my bones.
Saying "vegetarians are weak" isn't the same as saying "black people have dark skin" or "Chinese people are of Chinese descent". It's really more like saying "black people and Chinese people are stupid".
WTF?Protein doesn't build muscle.Lifting weights in the gym builds muscle.Have you ever heard of Bill pearl?
Yes do YOU know what the five food groups are?
1. Protein - meat, fish, eggs, BEANS, NUTS
2. Veg and fruit
3. Dairy
4. Grains
5. Fats and oils
Please point out how a vegetarian misses out on any of the above groups. A vegan would miss out on #3 but there are calcium fortified substitutes available now.
