Protien intake?!


Question:

Protien intake?

I am girl, 14 years old, weigh 104-106 pounds, and am 5'4''. Using this information can you help me determine the amount of protien in grams (g) i should take in daily, if there is a website i can go to please tell me!

Also what does protien do for your body (like what can happen if i dont get enough?)

Honestly, it is near impossible to not get enough because protein is in almost everything. Here is a long list of veg protein sources.

It is, however, very easy to get too much. Americans get about 3-4 times more than they need. This can be ver harmful and cause things like cancer and osteoporosis. Just check out the link.
