What is your primary carbohydrate/grain source?

Mine is usually pasta although I once was a huge rice-eater.


Answers:
soy -it includes my protein source too

Whole grain bread or brown rice,orprobably beans.I try and eat mostly slow burning carbs.

Whole grains-brown rice,barley,bulger,quinoa,wild rice.

I am a big fan of quinoa, an ancient grain and complete protein. Being allergic to wheat and soy, I rely on it and rice and rice based pasta as a primary source of nutrition. It super yummy as a hot pilaf, and equally as good in a salad, such as taboulleh
