subway is good to eat

As stated earlier, the Italian bread is vegan friendly. I always order up a veggie on Italian with mustard. I'm not sure about the other breads, a lot may be made without milk, but it's common for breads, particularly whole wheat breads, to contain whey.

I get the Veggie Wraps with out cheese..kind of a salad in the wrap not bad. Better choice than alot of fast food.

Im a meat cutter, but subway has much beef to chose from. and I like it.
