Need recipe for roasted vegetable pizza!?
I would like to try some different varieties of veggies. What would work on a pizza? Something different and exotic!

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust.
Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer. Chill for one hour, slice and serve.

Sauce for veggie pizza
Alfredo sauce slightly thickened.
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth (vegetable broth can be substituted)
5 cloves garlic minced (if useing prepared garlic from a jar use 3 Tbsp.)
1 Tbsp EVO (extra virgin olive oil)
1 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh cracked pepper
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp all purpose flour
Procedure:
Melt butter in a frypan when butter is melted stir in the flour and turn to a very low heat and cook for 5 minutes. This is called a roux (roo). This will be the thickening agent for the sauce. In a large sauce pot heat the pot until hot add the oil and then the garlic. Don't let the garlic burn. Add the heavy creamand heat to a scald (tiny bubles around the edges of the pot). DO NOT LET THE CREAM BOIL!! Add the stock and bring back to just below a boil. Gradualy stir in the cheese stirring the entire time so the cheese melts into the cream and not to the bottom of the pot. Add the black pepper. Gradually stir in the roux into the cream mixture and the sauce will thicken.
Roasted veggies.
You can either roast the veggies on a grill or in the oven.
Use:
Red pepper
Portabella mushrooms (caps only)
yellow squash
zuccini
egg plant (peeled)
Place sliced veggies in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, and coat entirely with olive oil.
in oven roast at 400 for 10 minutes
on grill just enough to grill mrk them and mushrooms start to soften.
on a pizze crust sread desired amount of sauce and place you roasted veggies down next. Cover veggies with motzerella cheese and bake until cheese is golden brown.

Chargrilled Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
pizza base mix
1 large onion
1 courgette
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
pizza topping or chopped tomatoes
sun-dried tomato paste
vegetable oil
salt pepper
I find it much easier to use a shop bought pizza base either pre made or as a mix. You can of course make your own. Once you have prepared the base, preheat the oven and prepare the vegetables.
Chargrill the peppers and courgette as per here. I like to chop the vegetables into bite sized chunks. Then finely chop the onions and fry them in some oil until soft.
Spread a layer of sun-dried tomato paste on the bottom of the pizza base. Then add a thick layer of pizza topping or pasta sauce. I find these nicer than chopped tomatoes (which you can use instead) as they have a more concentrated flavour.
Sprinkle the onion on top of the tomato sauce and then finely top with the chargrilled vegetables. Cook in the oven for as long as the base requires.
