Does anyone make fresh veggie and fruit juices?!

Question:

Does anyone make fresh veggie and fruit juices?

Does anyone know why adding fruit juice and fresh fruit should be avoided when making veggie juice? Adding a small amount of fruit juice like 100% apple juice helps the veggie juice taste sweeter. Anyone have any answers or nutritional background.

Answers:
I occasionally mix my juices for example carrots and oranges...but otherwise, I'll just drink veggies with veggies and fruit with fruit...I guess mixing a variety of fruit and veggies will change the taste of the juice. Also, some veggie's flavors will be the domain flavor even if you mix it with something else, so, it may not be tasty even if you mix it with the prettiest strawberry.

use to make carrot juice delicious.

i didn't know you need to avoid mixing them...

I've been juicing for years. Here is what my juice book says:

"There is no scientific basis of the theory of food combining which states that fruits and vegetables, starches and proteins, and fruits and proteins should not be combined. But this theory has developed in recent years for a resaon. some people, such as those with impaired digestion, multiple food allergies, or severe fatigue, benefit physically from observing these guidelines. If you experience no adverse symptoms (such as gas, stomach aches or bloating) from combining these foods, let your taste buds be your guide, and make the combinations you like best."

The answer above talks about juicing fruit and adding it to the veggie juice - not mixing pre-made juice, but I don't see why you cannot. As long as it's all natural...(if you add some super-sweet heavily processed stuff, it kinda defeats the purpose).

i don't combine , i always juice 1 type at a time
i think it's easier for my body that way.

i drink fresh vegg and fruit juice all day
