Remember that we first ate only fruit and vegetables...many years ago.Our body has problems because of the meat. Vegetarians are healthier than meat eaters 100%.

Vegetarians are healthier than meat eaters. What kind of ridiculous research is that if you don't have any personal knowledge about it? It is common sense, but if you don't believe it, either give it a try and go vegetarian for some time or google it.
Anemia is a common problem because unlike what some say they dont get enough protein. Soy is NOT all that good for you it has estrogen in it so it can affect your hormones. A well balanced diet of all food is better then just vegetarian. It is moderation in ALL food and things that is best.
Quite the contrary. I was crippled when I was eating meat, and am fine now, thanks to going vegetarian. Veggies can get all of the nutrition they need from plants, fruits, whole grains, leafy greens. It is far healthier than a meat based diet. Why would you thing there is any common illness among veggies? Simply not true as long as they are eating a balanced diet. You will see less vegetarians sitting in the heart doctors waiting room, thats for sure and certain. Meat is the cause of heart disease.

A vegetarian can have many of the same problems a meat eater would have if they do not eat a healthy well balanced diet. If either one does not eat right, either can develop health problems.
most vegetarians have few health problems. But the ones im gonna list only happen if they are the stupid kind of vegetarians who think vegetarians eat salad only. Anemia and also, deficiency in protein, calcium, iron or vitamin b12.
