I REGGAE REGGAE SAUCE vegetarian?!

Question:

I REGGAE REGGAE SAUCE vegetarian?

Have you tried it yet? I love tomatoey hot sauces, this sounds right up my street, but as of yet no-one's mentioned if it's suitable for vegetarians... help!!!

Answers:
The sauce itself is suitable for vegetarians.

I had it with chicken and rice the other night. It's very tasty stuff but its also deceptively hot. It's got a nice woody tomato/barbecue flavour at first, then about 5-10 seconds later you feel the heat and spice. I used far too much of it and my mouth was burning - The heat is comparable to a good curry. If you're using it to marinade or stirring into a dish, don't use too much. It's very good for dipping with tortilla chips too.

yes it is i saw it on the news's before I'm going to buy some tomorrow from Salisbury it looks delicious i going to have it with fried rice an put loads of vegtables in ..

Go to Sainsbury's girl, they just secured a deal with them. I'm assuming you've heard on the news then why did you miss this part? Failing this as you'll have to wait for it to hit the supermarket shelves, contact the guy himself, Levi I think the name is.

I don't do waiting for foods I just go for them when I see it in my local market or supermarket (Can I stress here it is very important to make the effort into visiting your local shops as well cause they been serving for years and it's kind of up to us to help them out so they can help us by getting the products we want. I just go for the fruit and veg but go in and make the effort to browse and check out the other products and try something different from them). So basically I too will be waiting to see if its a veggie sauce (cause I too am a veggie) and will love to try it out when it hits the shelves.

I have no idea but the news thing made it look interesting.I will check the packet as it may well not be vegan friendly though.
