How to add calcium to home made nut milk?!

Question:

How to add calcium to home made nut milk?

Answers:
Aci got it!

Unfortunately all the other suggestions either curdle the milk (i.e. nut tofu) or (molasses) dramatically change the taste. It's possible to 'milk' sesame seeds but it's *really* hard to get good results from it due to the high oil content.

Blackstrap molasses, they contain a lot of calcium i heard. Sesame seeds also have calcium, maybe you can incorporate that. If all else fails, you can at least get some vegan calcium supplements and grind up a bit.

ALLONE has a vegan calcium and magnesium powder, but the link to purchase seems to be down.

The Vegan Resource Group also has a guide to calcium that you may find useful.

Use almonds.They already have calcium.

you can buy gypsum (calcium sulfate) as a coagulant for tofu making at this soymilk maker website...maybe you could use it for the soymilk supplement?...no that would make tofu (but maybe that only happens when you cook it...you could call this company that sells it and ask them
