Question:

What do you eat?

Do you all eat breakfast? If so, what do you eat. When and what do you normally eat for lunch and dinner? Just curious.


Answers:
Sometimes I don't eat breakfast, then sometimes I eat light breakfast like oatmeal if heavy breakfast then i'll go for fruit pancake with butter & syrup or toast with butter & marmalade with ham & coffee & some fruits. Yummm!
for meals... it depends... but I love Chinese, & Italian foods. BTW, I just quit being a vegan. LOL!(-- ,)

er breakfest is most important meal of the day, if a average joe skips breakfast everyday, in one year he would gain 20 lbs.,
because the metabolism is slowed all day.

i drink vegg juice for breakfest, and eat raw fruit and veggs for lunch and dinner, lots of nuts and seeds all day if hungry

I love too much animals to eat meat.So...vegetables.Evertythi... which can join in this category is perfect.

For breakfast I usually have some fruit in non-dairy yogurt and cereal with Silk soymilk. Sometimes (on weekends) I have vegan pancakes or soy bacon.

I have lunch around noon and dinner around 7 p.m. For lunch or dinner, some favorites are: bean burrito with non-dairy cheese, tofu "egg" salad, veg or fruit salad, Boca chicken patty w/ lettuce & tomato, soup, Garden Burger veggie burger, pasta w/ veggies and fake burger crumbles, ready-made vegan chili, Tofurkey sandwich with Vegenaise (vegan mayo), enchilada, Shepherd's pie, sub with veg deli slices... the list is endless.

Breakfast=Cereal,cream of wheat,toast,bagels,smoothie,wa... fruits

lunch=something simple like rice and beans

dinner=whatever I feel like cooking that day,sometimes I'll cook old favs or try something new from cookbooks.

I always eat breakfast. When I'm in a hurry, I might eat oatmeal with blueberries, a banana or maple syrup, or whole grain toast with some fruit. When I have more time to prepare breakfast, I might make pancakes or scrambled tofu.
I don't have a particular thing I eat for lunch or dinner- it varies quite a bit. On weekdays, when I'm working, I usually have lunch somewhere between 12 and 2pm and have dinner between 6 and 8pm., which is usually the time I am really hungry. On weekends, I eat whenever I happen to be hungry.

I either have a whole grain cereal or whole grain toast with a glass of OJ for breakfast only because I can't get into a big meal in the morning.

For lunch I either have soup and salad, pasta salad with lots of veggies, A sandwich on whole wheat bread etc.

For dinner, I eat various pasta dishes, rice dishes, stir-fry dishes

I like to have vegetarian tacos for breakfast occasionally. I put refried beans (no lard) into a taco shell. Sprinkle cheese on it. Heat it for 15 seconds in the microwave and add salsa. But really I can't list everything I eat here. Well, I guess I could but that would take me a few weeks and a lot of typing. My favorite thing to eat is potatoes. Fried, mashed, boiled, salad. Potatoes are awesome!

I usually eat special k or some healthy cereal with a piece of fruit and orange juice on weekdays. Sometimes on weekends i have eggs, sausage, and orange juice.

I eat breakfast-usually bagels or oatmeal and maybe orange juice
For lunch it's whatever is in the school cafeteria-which is hard to be healthy with.....for dinner it's usually whatever I feel like eating, chili, soup etc.

for breakfastt i eatt.. apple sauce and i have a glass of juice. and sumtime i have fruit.

For breakfast, I have either a bowl of cold Kashi cereal or plain Quaker oatmeal...I put rice milk on top. I also try to have a piece of fruit after the cereal.

For lunch, I have a huge tossed salad everyday. I use a lot of colors - red pepper, onions, green pepper, etc.

Dinner varies. It just depends on what kind of mood I'm in. I might have spicy black beans and rice or some vegetable stir fry. I also like to eat pita sandwiches with hummus, cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce and alfalfa sprouts.

For snacks, I have grapes, baby carrots, bananas, apples or juice from my juicer.

i eat a quarter of melon and an apple every morning with a glass of skin milk.

I eat porridge with raisins and rice milk

half a bagel(usually cinnamon raisin) topped with peanut butter, glass of milk/ or calcium enriched orange juice, and a mutli-vitamin supplement
