I read that you can make chickpea flour by heating it up?
in a skillet until it changes color (not burning it) and running it thru a blender...can you do all beans that way?

Yeah, that method works with just about any bean or grain for that matter! Just keep in mind that you don't always have to roast them but it does add a nice toasted nuttiness
Oh, and coffee grinders work better!
I just buy dried garbanzos then put them through a flour mill.
