This is a simple salad but there are many other good recipes on this website.

Here are 3 web sites that I love. I hope you find lots that you like. You have to try the Veg cheese strudel that is at cambells kitchen. Its to good to be true.

Buy a Boboli pizza crust and a jar of spaghetti sauce.
Put the sauce on the pizza.
Add a small can of hopped black olives, one small can of diced green chilis, 1/2 can drained black beans.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
Exquisite!
Good luck.

Green things that you get from outside.

There are so many good vegetarian recipes. Allrecipes.com is a very good place to look. My personal favorite food is pasta so without a recipe, I cook some spaghetti, and in a skillet, sautee some veggies (squash, zucchini, broccoli, onions, mushrooms etc.) with vegetable oil. Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables. Add a can of garlic stewed tomatoes(don't drain), and some lemon juice to add more flavor. You can add garlic as well if you wish.
This is a quick and really easy thing to make and it tastes great. You can add whatever you want for that personalized touch. I usually serve with a salad and garlic bread. Good luck!!!
