Question about organic apples...?!

Question:

Question about organic apples...?

I like buying organic apples as opposed to the waxy ones because they taste so much fresher and more crisp, but they go bad much quicker. Sometimes I notice these little vein looking things inside the apple, but it's still hard and crisp. Does that mean that the apple has gone bad, or can I still eat it?

Answers:
those veins are from guess what? fertilizers and pesticides. so much for the organic part.

yes the apple is still good.

You can still eat it!

If it still tastes good, then it is still good.

When an apple is starting to go bad, it gets brown soft spots and eventually, the whole thing is soft and mushy. The veins inside have nothing to do with it going bad.
