Any other vegetarians with wheat, soy, egg allergy?

what products do you use to replace these things?


Answers:
Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Eggs(white & yolks), Dairy, Casein, Almond, Pineapple, Broccoli, Banana
Replacements: I use Rice everything: Milk, Flour, Pasta etc. To replace eggs on baking I use ENERg food egg replacer. I don't use many pre-packed foods unless they are labeled GF Gulten Free, egg free etc.
Eatting out can be a challange but with patience it can happen. Many resturants have Gulten Free menus(see online) that is a great help. Also wehn it doubt keep it simple, basics. Grilled Protiens, salad, steamed veggies.

There are lots of other grains that are just as good for you. Quinoa is one that is a great source of protein and so are beans.
