I don't want any vegan receipt, I just want raw green veggies that someone can eat on the go.

snow peas, green beans, spinach, zucchini, asparagus, alfa alfa sprouts, broccoli, brussel sprouts, leeks, cucumber, kale, avocado, green cauliflower (coloured cauliflower is the new hot thing and happens to be very good for you), lentils, olives, celery, tomatilloes, and I could go on for ever about leafy greens, but who wants points for that eh?

Easiest to eat on the go are sugar snaps peas and mange touts.

At first I was gonna write down a whole slew, until you said "raw." Okay, raw.

* spinach - spinach is LOVELY raw
* celery
* broccoli (take Beano for sure, 'cause you don't want raw broccoli without Beano!!)
* asparagus
* collard greens (not sure how good it would be raw)
* Swiss chard (ditto)
* kale (ditto)
* lettuce
* green onion

Spinach, romaine, pole beans, green beans, peas, greens, ie: collard, beet, mustard/ all kinds sauteed with garlic all are yummy. Green pepper.....Brussels sprouts are great cut in half and sauteed with garlic too....brocolli.....snow peas..

Brocolli, cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, Zuchini, bean sprouts, green-beans, peas, spinach,

well, the first thing that thought of is good ol celery, i love celery. theres also cucumbers n zuccini, which r really a fruit, green peas, bell pepper ( fruit again!), soy beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, italian squash (like a small zuccini), some leafy greens might hold up to being toted around, if ur eating em on the go, maybe buy those refrigerated gell packs to keep them from wilting, and u can have spinach, lambs lettuce seems sturdy enough(i have heard it called mache) arugala, micro greens, sprouts r kinda green...i like the bean sprouts a lot...if u have a farmers market that pops up once a week u can find farm fresh veggies that r less expensive and will last u longer, also u help the local farmers. i find great stuff there that i like there. im a big veggie fan n the ones i mentioned r all stuff i like a lot. the lettuces n everything r good by themselves, or u can sprinkle on a little salt n lime, bring a little paper salt packet u get at to go restaurants n pop a wedge of lime in with it. gooood stuff

cucumbers....

spinach
