Eating hemp seeds.....good for you? Why?!

Question:

Eating hemp seeds.....good for you? Why?

Answers:
Well, they've got a fairly decent amount of protein in them for one. The fatty acids are the healthy kind for another. The highest levels of manganese I've ever seen in a food source!

I've never seen a reliable source of data for the amino acid content of hemp seed, but I have seen *claims* that it's a better source than soy. I tend to discount that information since it's provided solely by folks selling hemp.

I've provided a link to hemp nutrition from one company that I've found (by cross-checking on other products) provides reliable data.
